Pre-Admission Procedure

Parents seeking admission for their children can collect the application and medical form from the school office. The duly filled application form along with the following documents needs to be submitted at the office.

If you wish to enroll with us, you will be required to submit a filled application form along with the following documents:

• Birth certificate of the child
• 4 passport size and 2 stamp sized photos.
• Medical certificate in case of any specific ailments / problems.
• Parents background (in a few sentences).
• Registration fee of Rs 1000/-

Interaction With Faculty

An informal interaction will be conducted between the parent, applicant, and the principal along with a member of the teaching faculty. After an informal assessment for grades 1 to 10 & 11, the admission is then finalized, and payment of fees follows.

Post Interaction

Entrance tests may be conducted on discretion of the admissions officer for students of grade 9 & 11. Subjects include English, Math, and Logical Reasoning. The admission is then finalized, and payment of fees follows.

Online Process:

As we continue our struggle against the covid-19 pandemic, interacting with parents and students becomes a challenge. Parents seeking admission for their children will be sent a Google form, to fill in the required details.
There will an online interaction with the teachers and Principal, prior to finalizing the admission process. The details of these online interactions will be sent to parents’ e-mail ID, after the Google form is filled.
Once the admission is finalized, the required documents can be scanned and mailed to the school. Similarly to the offline route, an entrance exam may be conducted on discretion of the Admissions officer.

Pre-Admission Procedure (PYP) 

• Parents are required to collect the brochure from the school reception.
• Should the parents wish to proceed with admission, they need to fill the registration form and submit. 
• If applying online, visit the website and apply through website.
• Once received by front office executives, a date and time is fixed for interaction/induction 

Interaction With Faculty And Coordinator 

An interaction will be to understand the basic numeracy, literacy skills catering to the  particular grade level. 

Post Interaction

• The parents are given on site tour/virtual tour of the school if desired by them.
• With the form, parents need to submit the following documents
  • a) Original plus one photocopy of the students Birth Certificate. (The original will be returnedimmediately after verification). 
  • b) Photocopy of the previous grade student anecdotal report/supporting document from  the previous school 
• Admission is granted after the deposit of fees. 
• Once the Fee and documents are submitted, parents will receive an admission confirmation letter through E-mail, from the school. 
• Student name will be entered in school’s parent portal.

Post Admission Procedures 

• Once Admission is granted, students need to submit Transfer Certificate in original from  school. 
• For foreign students, in addition to the above, the School will require a letter from the consulate.
• Photocopy of Passport is mandatory for foreign students.
• Flyers with information regarding uniforms, books and other details will be shared by the  grade level Home Room Teacher.
