Sridhar Gaddipati holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from NIT, Allahabad, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, USA. With an impressive career in IT and Software Engineering spanning several years, Sridhar has held senior executive positions, including Vice President, Engineering at Cisco Systems and Twilio Inc,. In these roles, he led large, geographically distributed teams across the USA, Europe, and India, overseeing Software, R&D, Engineering and the development of products used by many Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
Sridhar is deeply passionate about providing holistic and value-centric education to our children. He believes in equipping children with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and self-esteem necessary to excel in any situation and navigate life's ups and downs. Sridhar's vision involves leveraging technology to transform the development and delivery of academic content, with a particular focus on fostering effective Teacher, Student and Parent engagement.
Furthermore, Sridhar emphasizes the importance of supplementing academic and external learning with mentoring and strong parental involvement. He envisions a future where India produces the finest professionals and entrepreneurs who excel in their chosen fields and contribute significantly to the world's progress.
Ms. Ishita Gaddipatti

Having completed her MA in Education, our Managing Director, Ms. Ishita Gaddipatti aspires to bring about change in how classrooms are conducted in India. She is passionate about global collaborations and providing an education that knows no boundaries.
As a leader of a 21st-century school, she aims to empower teachers and students alike to go that extra mile in areas of research. She believes her role as an Educator is to serve as a bridge between all the stakeholders of Harvest and help them collaborate with each other in order to achieve the best results for their efforts. Apart from regular academics, she wants to focus on expanding the various attributes of our student's personalities with an emphasis on life skills and other co-scholastic arenas as they are an integral part of the holistic development of a student’s cognitive abilities.
Ms Suryavathi A.N
Principal of Harvest International
Having been in the Education field for 30 long years now, Ms. Suryavathi A N believes that ‘Today, the role of a school is not only to pursue academic excellence but also to motivate and empower its students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and productive members of an ever-changing global society’.
As Principal , her focus lies in grooming the students to be self-confident and building upon their self-esteem. She believes we need to inspire our kids to follow their passions while letting them inspire us to do the same.
Ms Latha L
Principal – Harvest Innovation Campus
Ms Latha has a Master degree in Mathematics from IIT, Chennai and also a B.Ed from Delhi University. She has taught the Singapore and UK curriculum for 2 years and is continuing her service in CBSE for 9 years. She is currently pursuing a course in guidance counseling from ICTRC She has a lot of enthusiasm, optimism, tenacity, and commitment towards the school and the subject.
Ms Lekshmi Nayar

Ms. Lekshmi Nayar has an experience of more than 21 years in the field of education, of which she served 8 years as a School Principal. Now she heads the Curriculum development, research and training wing - Academics 360 at Harvest. Every day she strives to ensure that the academic focus of the school remains strong, relevant, and dynamic providing multifaceted learning experiences for the holistic development of our students.

Her remarkable contributions to education have earned her numerous prestigious awards, such as the Best Teacher Award, Amazing Teachers Award, Top Ten Outstanding Teachers Award, and an award for maintaining 100% attendance for over 20 years. Ms Bindu is a progressive and motivated educationist with a long-standing background in the industry. She has a track record of successful initiative and dependability, having employed strategic initiatives that proved valuable to organizations she has worked with. In her previous roles, she focused on building communication-collaboration skills, team-building, and performance management of teams. Ms Bindu's passion for education is evident through her emphasis on academic excellence. Her ability to execute change in large organizations and motivate employees to perform at their best is a testament to her successful leadership skills. With extensive management experience, Ms Bindu is committed to ensuring our school delivers exceptional education to our students."
Ms. Jiji Francis

An M.Sc Mathematics, M.Ed, MBA in Education Management, Ms. Jiji Francis has a career in education spanning twenty-eight years, having undertaken diverse job roles and responsibilities including those of Principal, Vice Principal and CIE Coordinator, Secondary Teacher for London GCE O’ Level and Cambridge IGCSE, and the Head of the Department of Mathematics.
Ms. Jiji Francis is a result-oriented, student-focused, and goal-driven educator with excellent teaching skills, who is very patient, committed to the academic growth and development of every child, eager to work towards making all children successful learners, and adaptive to their varied needs.
