Grade 5 took great pride in presenting the assembly to honor the legacy and teachings of this great leader. Students spoke about Gandhi’s dream of Cleaner India, the Swachh Bharath initiative taken by the government. They also integrated World environment Health Day which is celebrated on 26th September every year. The World Environmental Health Day is annually observed to raise awareness of the harmful impacts of environment on human health. This also highlights the importance of caring our environmental health. “You must be the change you want to see in the world.” These young children promised to be the change-makers of tomorrow, following in the footsteps of the great Mahatma.
